Our Client is an international leader in their field and a Global Manufacturing business that has truly evolved through their 100 years of existence. This is a unique opportunity for an HR Manager to support a national client group across all elements of HR in this local Greenfield environment.

In this stand alone HR role you will be responsible for providing high level HR consulting skills and expertise across all disciplines of HR. This role is an operational, hands-on role with responsibility to advise and guide the business in contemporary and legally sound HR practices. There will be a high necessity for strong industrial relations knowledge and practical expertise to assist with future EBA negotiations. There will also be a strong focus in managing restructures and changes within a manufacturing environment. Your client group consists of 400 employees, geographically dispersed across Australia & New Zealand locations.

In this hand's-on role you will provide HR Advice across the employee-life-cycle, including but not limited to recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits management, employee engagement, strategic workforce planning and onboarding of new employees. Due to national range of client group regular travel will be required to ensure a consistent communication of business and HR strategy and support local management teams in HR processes.

The successful incumbent will have previous experience in operational HR role within the Manufacturing and or unionized environment. You will be considered an expert in Industrial Relations and have previous experience in EBA negotiations and managing change. Previous working knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems would be beneficial.
