Instructional Designer

Instructional Designer

This diverse role will allow you to draw on your solid experience across the instructional design piece, whilst using your commercial and account management skills to leverage new opportunities with new or existing clients. You will be responsible for the design and development of new and existing executive courses.

You will develop and manage training programs, identify new opportunities in your products and services area and build relationships both internally and with clients to ensure on-going growth and success of all training programs delivered. You will be required to partner with subject matter experts across a wide array of industry sectors to design and adapt course materials to deliver to an international audience.

To make an impact in this role you will have gained experience as an Instructional Designer in a progressive organisation with knowledge of trends and challenges within executive education. You will have experience with LMS and content Management systems, ideally scoping and implementation of these. A track record in course design and development at an executive level in governance leadership and business design is very advantageous. You will have working knowledge in design and development of blended course formats, along with strong project management, consulting skills and a sharp eye for detail.

Importantly you will be known for your professional, proactive and customer centric approach and your positive, energetic attitude will fit well with the team.
